Keiron Kelly began his career in the construction industry in 1999. Starting off as a carpentry apprentice with the Queensland State Works Department, Keiron gained invaluable experience for the next few years. From 2003, Keiron offered his expert carpentry skills to some of Brisbane’s best residential builders. During this time he honed his skills and developed a thorough understanding of the construction industry and home builders’ best practices. In 2015, Keiron–motivated by his desire to bring uncompromised transparency and friendliness to the building industry for clients–branched off on his own. Establishing what was to grow into KK Builder, a residential construction company, Keiron has since completed successful project after project leaving not just stunning houses in his wake, but smiling, satisfied clients. After weathering the storm of the pandemic, and havoc that it wreaked, Keiron developed a new perspective on the state of the construction industry and decided that it was time change focus towards quality control. In 2023 he made the switch into a consulting role, providing detailed condition reports for clients as a third party, giving them peace of mind that the works being carried out on their homes is being completed to the minimum standards required.
